About Our Studios & Offers
It is not just about space, it is about the vibe. Whether you are training on our HSR rooftop or in our main studios, you will not find a single treadmill here. We trade machines for kettlebells, battle ropes, and a tribe that actually pushes you to show up, even on the days you want to quit.
We ditched the machines for a reason. Treadmills and ellipticals isolate you, turning your workout into a solitary chore. At Bohofit, we focus on functional, real-world strength. When you join our HSR Layout center or our exclusive Richmond Town rooftop studio, you are joining a collective.
Our Richmond Town rooftop is an intimate space limited to 8 members per batch, perfect if you want to escape the crowd and train under the open sky. In HSR, the energy is higher, the classes are diverse, and the tribe is massive.
We offer everything from calisthenics and gymnastics rings to kickboxing and aerial yoga. It does not matter if you are a total beginner or a pro athlete, our instructors scale every movement to your level. We are not promising a quick fix or a magazine-cover body.
