Unlike a standard gym routine where you might feel isolated on a treadmill, our cardio classes thrive on collective energy. We run hybrid group workout classes across our Padmanabhanagar, Anjanapura, and JP Nagar studios, meaning you can jump into a morning batch at 5:45 AM or an evening slot after a long day at work.
Our instructors focus on DANZOBICS and Zumba to ensure you are laughing while you sweat. We also incorporate Step Aerobics to challenge your coordination and lower body strength.
