About this collection

Our morning batch runs Monday to Friday, giving you 20+ sessions a month. It is designed as a follow-along, so don't worry about memorizing steps or looking perfect—just keep moving to the music until the sweat kicks in.

Dance fitness at Arnav Amaze is for everyone, regardless of whether you have two left feet or years of training. We ditch the boring gym routines for something more natural. When you walk in, expect a mix of Zumba and Bollywood aerobics that gets the heart rate up without the pressure of a formal class. We focus on the flow rather than precise technique.

What to expect from our sessions:

  • No choreography pressure: You do not need to memorize complex routines. Our instructors lead, and you follow. It is all about the movement and the music.
  • Full-body workout: We combine high-energy dance with floor exercises and cardio bursts to ensure you work every muscle group.
  • Community vibes: Our students often tell us this is the one hour of the day where they forget all their stress. It is a space where everyone cheers for each other, not just the experts.

Practical details:

  • Schedule: We hold sessions Monday through Friday, giving you the consistency needed to build a habit. Morning slots are usually around 9:30 AM or 10:30 AM.
  • Locations: You can join us at either our Health Layout or BEL Layout studios.
  • What to bring: Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. We provide the yoga mats for the floor work segments.
