- Roadmap: Suggesting the right session frequency based on assessment data.
Personal Training (8 Sessions)

- Frequency: 8 sessions valid for 1 month (approx. 2 sessions/week).
- Duration: 60 minutes per dedicated 1-on-1 session.
- Format: Hands-on coaching with form correction and rep counting.

- Access: Usage of the training floor during the appointed slot.
Intensive Transformation (24 Sessions)
High-Frequency Coaching
- Frequency: 24 sessions valid for 1 month (Monday to Saturday).
- Periodization: Structured cycling of intensity between heavy strength, high-intensity circuits, and active recovery.
- Advanced Drills: Includes sled pushes, weighted agility work, and complex compound lifts.

Why I Do This
Movement's always been my answer for most things. I look at personal training as a way to help you get back to feeling good in your body—whether that means less pain, more strength, or just playing with your kids without huffing and puffing. How I Train
- Functional strength training is the base. Expect dumbbells, bodyweight, TRX, ropes, sleds—whatever suits your goals and keeps things interesting.
- Mobility work is part of every session; stretching and moving right matter as much as lifting heavy.
- Injury rehab exercises and corrective moves are woven in for folks dealing with pain or coming back from injuries. We’ve got a physio in the team for the tricky stuff.
