About this collection

Our retreats are not about five-star luxury. We stay in rustic estates, wake up with the sun for Hatha yoga, and dine together on the floor. If you are looking for a place to be pampered, this is not it. If you are ready to put down your phone, sit in silence, and actually listen to your own breath, you belong here.

We have carefully selected our retreat sanctuaries to be far removed from urban chaos. In Chikmagalur, you will find mountain meditation retreat vibes amidst the mist. By the Kaveri backwaters, the only drama is the sound of birds and flowing water.

What to expect at our retreats:

  • Daily Practice: We begin each day with energizing flows, pranayama, and meditation outdoors, ensuring you are tuned into nature's rhythm. We incorporate traditional practices like the use of the Mugdar (Indian club) for strength and stability.
  • Sound Healing: Our group sessions utilize the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls to help you reach a state of profound stillness, washing away the stress of your daily routine.
  • Sattvic Dining: We believe in food as prasadam (sacred food). All meals provided are wholesome, pure vegetarian, and served in a community buffet style.

This is a full-on mind-body detox designed for everyone. Whether you are coming alone, as a couple, or bringing your children, you will fit right in. We welcome anyone ready to shed the weight of city life and find a deeper sense of self. Please note that these are nature homestays.
