Wisdom from the Guru: Perspectives on Life and Success

Listen everybody. Real success is not about positions or paychecks, but about the peace you carry inside. These are my reflections on life, happiness, and finding your own path.

People often ask why I left my corporate profession for yoga. The practice of Sudarshan Kriya was a profound turning point that set me on this path of service, a blessing from my guru, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji.

What is the real meaning of happiness? It is not found in the future. Happiness is a state of mind that comes from living in the present moment.

The biggest disease in human life is comparison. You are unique, like a thumbprint. Stop comparing yourself to others and you will find you can achieve anything.

To achieve anything great, you must reprogram your mind. Use self-affirmations, speak and watch positive things, and love yourself. You have to be the one to help yourself.

We should not question death. It is inevitable for everyone, even a yoga guru. A soul has to leave the body when its time has come. We should focus on the great work a person has done in their life.

If you want to protect your mind and lead a peaceful life, practice silence. Start with one hour a day. Most of our problems are created by our mouth, so keeping it shut is a powerful practice.

We lose peace for two reasons: what others say to us, and what we think they will think about us. Learn to accept feedback from those who love you and ignore the words of others. Stay neutral.

About this collection

You might think you need a degree or a specific title to be successful, but most people are just running a race they have not chosen. I left a comfortable corporate life because I realized that the only real achievement is a peaceful mind that does not need to compete with anyone. If you are feeling lost in your daily routine, it is usually because you are disconnected from your own purpose.

Stop Comparing, Start Living

The biggest disease in modern society is comparison. From school to the office, we are taught to look at what the next person is doing rather than what we are meant to do. You are unique, and your path is yours alone. When you stop looking at the lives of others, you finally have the space to build your own.

Reprogramming Your Mind

We are programmed by society to chase external validation. To change your life, you must start with self-affirmations. It sounds simple, but telling yourself that you are lucky and that you love yourself every day changes your neural pathways. You have to be the one to help yourself because nobody else is coming to do it for you.

The Philosophy of Silence

Most of our life's problems come from the mouth. I teach my students to observe silence for one hour a day. It is not just about being quiet. It is about reclaiming the energy you waste on useless chatter. This practice leads to profound stillness and helps you navigate difficult times with a smile.

Practical Application

Whether you join us for a retreat in Chikmagalur or a therapy session in Indiranagar, my goal is to guide you back to your breath and your inner truth. This is not just about yoga poses. It is about life mastery. Come as you are, and let us work on the deeper work.
