About this collection
You won’t find AC, fancy mirrors, or glossy commercial machines here. Our Indiranagar floor is a functional warehouse setup specifically designed for real movement. We use every square foot for high-impact training—think indoor turf tracks for sled pushes, specific conditioning hardware like SkiErgs, and heavy racks—so you can focus entirely on your form and output.
This isn't a place to 'go to the gym' to kill time. It’s a performance studio where the floor is our primary tool. We prioritize science-backed equipment over aesthetics because that’s what gets results. Whether you are prepping for a cricket season or just trying to get stronger for daily life, the training environment dictates the quality of your workout. Our floor is divided into zones to maximize efficiency. We have the turf for agility work, tracks for sprints and sled pushes, and power zones for heavy compound lifts. We keep the setup simple and gritty for a reason: to eliminate excuses. When you walk in, you’re greeted by the sound of iron plates, the hum of assault bikes, and the collective energy of the A3 Fam. We don’t care what you look like when you walk in; we care about the intensity you bring to the floor and the discipline you show during every set.
