About Our Design Process
Before you commit, know that we do not simply hand over plans and leave. We maintain a consistent presence on-site with bi-weekly visits, coordinating directly with contractors to ensure your vision remains intact from the first sketch to the final finish. This hands-on management covers everything from structural integrity checks to the precise installation of Italian marble or custom joinery.
Our design methodology is structured to handle the complexity of luxury residential architecture. We divide our workflow into four distinct phases to ensure every home is both functional and beautiful.

Conceptualisation: We start with a rigorous site context analysis to understand how light and wind move across your land. This phase includes presenting 2-3 design options that focus on spatial flow and indoor-outdoor integration, visualized through photorealistic 3D renders.

Technical Documentation: Architecture requires extreme precision. We prepare all necessary statutory drawings for municipal approvals, such as BBMP or BDA, followed by a comprehensive set of GFC drawings. These detail civil dimensions, column placements, and masonry, ensuring a solid foundation for construction.

Detailed Design: This is where the aesthetic takes shape. We develop technical drawings for facade detailing and vertical circulation, such as floating staircases. We also coordinate services like HVAC and lighting, and finalize the joinery schedule for all glass systems.

Project Monitoring: Our involvement does not end at the design table. We conduct bi-weekly site visits to coordinate with structural engineers and landscape specialists. This ensures that every element, from dry-cladding stone to the installation of floor-to-ceiling windows, is executed with technical accuracy.
