Architectural Design & Project Management Fee
Planning & Visualization
- Civil Changes: Structural reconfiguration to create open plan layouts, including moving walls and space planning.
- 3D Renders: High definition visuals for Living, Dining, Bedrooms, and Kitchen to finalize neutral palettes and lighting schemes.
- Technical Drawings: Complete Good for Construction (GFC) booklet covering electrical looping, plumbing piping, flooring patterns, and false ceiling sections.
Selection & Supervision
- Curated Sourcing: Accompanied visits to premium showrooms for selecting finishes like marble, light fixtures, and sanitaryware.
- Site Management: Periodic visits by associate architects to ensure execution aligns strictly with the design intent and technical drawings.
Premium Turnkey Execution (Veneer & Italian Marble)
Civil & Flooring
- Italian Marble: Laying and polishing of Bottrino or Perlato marble in Living, Dining, and Foyer areas.

Our look is all about minimalist home interiors mixed with a touch of quiet luxury. Expect soft, neutral walls (think off-whites and gentle greys), with little pops of color and metallic touches here and there. We pick furniture that’s both comfy and timeless - plush sofas, live-edge tables, nothing that feels stiff or fussy.
Nature at Home
We love an open plan living design. Big windows, loads of natural light, and layouts that let rooms spill out into gardens or courtyards. Plants, green corners, and artworks inspired by nature show up all over our projects. Even in apartments, we try to bring the outside in.

How We Work
We use lots of mood boards and samples so you can see where things are headed from day one. Materials matter - we often mix marble, teak, exposed brick, and more for texture. We don’t rush the details, because a good home should last and grow with you.
