Many clients come to me after spending months in the gym without seeing changes. The problem is usually a lack of intent in the training and a disconnect with their nutrition.
My programs—whether 1-on-1 in Bengaluru or online—are built on the same principles I use for my own bodybuilding prep. We fix your form first, then we increase the intensity.
