In my 1-on-1 sessions, I don't just stand around with a clipboard. We focus on the details that matter: hands-on physical spotting for your squats and bench presses, and immediate form correction to ensure every rep is safe and effective. It is about getting the technique right so you can push your limits without fear.
My Approach to Training
I do not believe in cookie-cutter routines. When we hit the gym floor together, the workout is built around your specific goals, whether that is sustainable fat loss, muscle building, or just finding the strength you didn't know you had. My role as your coach is to provide the structure, pace, and push you need to get the most out of your hour.

- Session Management: I handle the pacing, rest periods, and intensity so you stay focused on the movement, not the clock.

Remote Guidance
If you cannot make it to the gym with me, I also offer virtual consultations. This includes customized PDF workout charts tailored for the equipment you have access to, along with lifestyle-based nutritional advice. We hop on a video call to review your progress, check your form via video, and keep you on track.
