Building a physique isn't just about training harder, it's about the math behind your meals. When I prepped for the Mr. Karavali stage, I wasn't guessing my macros, and I don't guess with yours either. We calculate exactly what your body needs to drop fat while keeping muscle, tweaking the numbers weekly based on your progress.
My journey from being out of shape to winning Mr. Karavali was not an overnight success. This wasn't a shortcut. It took years of consistent training and strict nutritional control to understand how my body reacts to specific protocols. I bring this technical knowledge to every client, whether you are prepping for a photoshoot or simply want to lose body fat effectively.
My method avoids cookie-cutter meal charts. We start with a 3-phase roadmap, including reset, burn, and sculpt cycles, to prevent your metabolism from adapting and stalling. During the final phases, I use the same gram-specific macro protocols that I applied to my own peak week. You get direct access to me for weekly check-ins where we monitor body composition changes and adjust food quantities. This is not a crash diet. It is an education in food as fuel.
