I do not believe in generic programs that copy-paste the same routine for everyone. When we start, we begin with a thorough movement and posture assessment at my Aurum studio to identify exactly where your body needs work. This initial audit ensures that every heavy lift or isolation movement you perform is safe, effective, and tailored to build your specific physique without unnecessary injury risks.

My Training Philosophy

I learned the hard way that fitness is about showing up day after day. That mindset helped me earn the Mr. Bangalore title in 2012, and it is the same principle I apply to every client I coach. You will not find cookie-cutter routines here. I look at your routine, your body type, and what actually drives you, then we build a plan that is built to last.

Training at my club, Aurum, means you get access to premium equipment in a space designed for focus. My sessions are intense, and I will push you, but it is always with a purpose. Whether you are a busy professional trying to squeeze a workout into a tight schedule or someone aiming for a complete body transformation, we focus on three pillars:

  • Form Over Everything: I am a stickler for technique. We drill your form until it is perfect because that is how you avoid injuries and maximize muscle activation.
  • Nutrition That Works: If you are vegetarian and think building muscle is impossible, we should talk. I provide macro-counted charts that prove you can hit your protein goals without needing to rely on standard meat-heavy diets.
  • Sustainable Intensity: We track everything—body fat percentage, inch loss, and progress photos. This keeps the data real so you can see exactly how your effort is translating into results.
