This is Sahil. When he came to me, he was 12 years old, overweight, and getting bullied. In 8 months, he lost 13 kgs, but more importantly, he found the confidence to stand up for himself. This is why I do what I do; it’s not just about fighting, it’s about building character.
Here, I am training one of my young students on her boxing combinations and kicks. We focus on proper technique, speed, and power from day one. It doesn't matter if you are a boy or a girl; discipline and hard work make you strong.
This is our team of under-18 champions after the State Kickboxing Championship. Every medal here is a result of sweat, discipline, and teamwork. We train together, we win together. This is the home of champions.
Agility training is fundamental for any fighter. It’s not just about being fast; it’s about control, precision, and the ability to change direction in an instant. Here you can see me leading the kids through ladder drills to improve their footwork and coordination.
This is the moment one of my students, Ayan Akef Siddiqi, became the U18 Asian MMA Champion. We don't just compete locally; we prepare fighters to take on the world. This is proof of the world-class training we provide.
I teach my son the basics of Kalaripayattu stick rotation. Martial arts is also about connecting with our traditions. These ancient techniques build incredible focus, coordination, and discipline that translate directly to modern combat sports like MMA.

Our Approach to Training

- Ancient Roots: I include Kalaripayattu to build focus, balance, and coordination that translates directly to modern combat.
- Conditioning: A fighter's body is a weapon. We use HIIT, agility ladders, and strength drills to build explosive power and endurance.
