Yoga is not just a trend or a physical exercise; it is the journey to know yourself. Through meditation, sound healing, and spiritual discourse, I help you move from suffering to contentment, right here in Delhi.

I often speak about the eight limbs of yoga, which provide a complete path to inner peace and self-realization. This session was about making these profound concepts accessible, showing how practices like asana, pranayama, and dharana can be integrated into our daily lives to move from suffering to santosh, or contentment.

In my satsangs, I love sharing the stories and bhajans of Radha and Krishna. This video captures a moment of storytelling through music, explaining the unconditional love that is the highest form of devotion. It is through such stories and vibrations, not just language, that we connect to the divine.

Here I am with a group of dedicated students after a workshop in this beautiful geodesic dome. Yoga unites us beyond all borders and languages. It is a privilege to guide people from different cultures as they connect with their inner selves and discover the universal truth that we are all one.

This is a clip from a guided meditation where we chant "Shivoham," meaning "I am Shiva" or "I am consciousness." The practice is a powerful reminder that we are not our body, mind, or emotions. We are the pure, unchanging happiness that we so often seek outside ourselves.

"Pani maryada tode to vinash, magar vani maryada tode to sarvanash." This means if water breaks its boundary, it causes destruction, but if speech breaks its boundary, it causes total ruin. I believe our words should be used to heal and uplift, as this is the foundation of true peace.

Leading a large-scale yoga session for International Day of Yoga is always a powerful experience. It shows that the desire for wellness and inner peace is a collective one. Guiding hundreds of people as they breathe and move in unison is a beautiful expression of Karma Yoga, or selfless service.

In my travels, I've observed a fascinating cultural exchange. While many in India are drawn to Western culture, people in the West are increasingly adopting ancient Indian practices like yoga and Ayurveda. In this talk, I share my thoughts on this shift and what it means for our collective future.

The path to the divine is not always silent and serious; it is also filled with joy and celebration. Here, you see us dancing in devotion, letting go of our inhibitions and connecting with the rhythm of the universe. This is what it means to live life to the fullest, with a heart full of bliss.
