Technical Precision

Behind the fun atmosphere is serious engineering. Our office designs prioritize:

• MEP Integration: Exposed ceilings look great, but they require careful coordination of HVAC ducting, electrical loops, and fire safety systems. We ensure everything is technically sound without sacrificing the industrial aesthetic.
• Lighting Design: We move away from generic tube lights. We use statement fixtures, layered lighting, and warm tones to create a welcoming ambiance that shifts throughout the day.
• Durability: Cafeterias see heavy foot traffic. We specify materials like patterned tiles, concrete finishes, and easy-to-clean laminates that look good for years.

Collaboration and Wellbeing

Our designs often integrate biophilic elements, such as green walls and indoor planters, to lower stress and improve air quality.
