Coworking & Community Space Design in Bengaluru
We move past the rows of boring desks to build fluid environments. From open-plan hubs to intimate conversation nooks, we design coworking spaces that function as real community centers.
The heart of the Venus Communiti coworking space. The combination of a striking orange staircase, double-height ceilings, and a mix of comfortable lounge furniture creates an impressive and functional central hub for members.
A stylish pantry and bar area within the coworking space, featuring a marble-clad island and bold geometric floor tiles. It's designed to be a social spot for coffee, lunch, or casual networking.
This cozy conversation nook at Venus Co-Live uses comfortable armchairs, warm lighting, and textured wall panels to create an inviting corner for informal chats or a quiet moment away from the main work floor.
Playful design elements like these pink louvered doors and striped flooring define the private phone booths. These details add a pop of color and personality, making even the most functional spaces feel unique.
A casual meeting spot with custom wall art and mixed seating. The black and white geometric flooring continues here, tying the different zones of the coworking space together with a consistent, bold design language.
A close-up of the architectural staircase, showing how its strong color and form act as a sculptural element within the space. The built-in shelving underneath provides a clever and aesthetic storage solution.
We transformed this meeting room with a vibrant, jungle-themed wallpaper and mismatched blue chairs. It’s an immersive space designed to spark creative thinking and break the monotony of typical corporate boardrooms.
About this collection
Most offices miss the mark by focusing only on work desks. In our coworking projects, we deliberately carve out conversation nooks—small, comfortable corners designed specifically to pull people away from their screens. Whether it is a quiet spot with textured wall panels or a lively pantry area, these zones are where the real culture building happens, helping teams actually connect rather than just sit next to each other.
When we take on a coworking project, we start with one simple question: how do people move through this space? Designing for a community is vastly different from designing a traditional corporate office. It requires a balance of high-energy zones for collaboration and quiet pockets for focus.
Take our work at Venus Communiti in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru. Spanning 8,000 square feet, the brief was to build something that felt fluid rather than rigid. We used bold elements like a striking orange staircase to act as a visual anchor, drawing people to the central hub. We broke up the monotony with varied textures—patterned vinyl flooring in the social areas, acoustic carpet tiles in the work zones, and playful details like pink louvered doors for privacy booths.
We don't believe in templates. A coworking space should mirror the specific vibe of the people using it. Sometimes that means raw industrial finishes with exposed ceilings, and other times it means warmer, biophilic designs with plenty of greenery. By using flexible layout planning and multi-functional furniture, we ensure the space can host everything from daily work to evening workshops or art displays. If you are looking to move away from cookie-cutter office design, let's talk about what your site needs to really work for your members.
Tangram
Running Tangram is a storm of site visits and design tweaks, but it is exactly where I belong. We don't just fill space; we obsess over how every corner of your coworking area will be used. If you want an office that feels like a home for your community, we should chat.
