We conducted a hands-on training session for Gubbachi NGO health workers, equipping them with essential skills in maternal and newborn care to support vulnerable communities in Bangalore.

A look at our training session at the Urban PHC in Nandini Layout, where we demonstrated exercises to alleviate back pain during pregnancy for nurses, ASHA workers, and Community Healthcare Workers.

It was wonderful to be part of the SpotCare Wellness Lounge launch. Our experienced clinicians will be offering consultations in women's health and maternal and child health as part of this collaboration.

About Community Training & Empowerment

When we train frontline health workers, such as ASHA staff and NGO associates, we focus on the practical moments that matter most—like demonstrating correct latching techniques for breastfeeding or identifying signs of maternal distress. These sessions ensure that the knowledge we share doesn't stay in a classroom, but reaches mothers in communities across Bangalore where it is needed most.
