This is my modern take on the classic Black Forest cake. I use layers of rich, eggless chocolate sponge, fresh whipped cream, and a tart cherry compote, all decorated with architectural dark chocolate shards and gold-leaf cherries for an elegant finish.

I love creating entire dessert tables that tell a story. For this train-themed third birthday, I designed two custom cakes, matching cupcakes with fondant toppers, and personalized gift hampers to create a cohesive and memorable celebration for Avyansh.

After six years of passion and hard work, I was incredibly honored to be named one of the Top 50 Bakers in Mumbai. This award is a testament to my commitment to quality and the amazing support from my wonderful customers.
