This two-tiered, fondant-free chess theme cake was a creative challenge I absolutely loved. It features edible chocolate chess pieces and a checkerboard pattern made with frosting, all completely eggless. Seeing the client's happy reaction made all the hard work worth it.

You won't find any fondant in my kitchen, ever. Instead, I use creamy buttercream, rich ganache, and custom-made cardstock or acrylic toppers to bring your wild ideas to life. It means you get a cake that tastes as good as it looks, without the gummy texture of fondant covering up the flavors.
When I started baking in 2020, I never imagined I'd be running a full-time studio in Goregaon. My Ma and I bake everything from scratch every single morning. We believe that if you can dream it, we can bake it.
