Six years in, and I’m still covered in flour most days. Baking is my happy place, even when things get messy or I’m up late piping flowers. That Top 50 Bakers award in Mumbai? Felt like a giant pat on the back. But honestly, nothing beats seeing someone grin when they get their cake. I love sharing the magic, especially with my little chefs at workshops.
