In these sessions at my Mulund studio, we skip the fancy equipment and use tools you likely already have at home to create bakery-style treats, from eggless chocolate sponges to intricate cookie art. You do not just watch me bake; you will be measuring, mixing, and piping your own creations from start to finish. You walk in as a student and walk out with your own box of bakes, and trust me, the mess is part of the fun.
