I never use artificial crushes or synthetic fillings. Everything here is made with real, seasonal produce—from luscious Alphonso mangoes to fresh berries—folded into light, egg-free whipped cream cakes and tarts.

Alphonso mango season is in full swing! I use only real fruit, never artificial crushes or fillings, to create my mango cakes and desserts. This cupcake is topped with fresh mango and coconut flakes.

My Alphonso Cheesecake is a seasonal best-seller. This one is topped with fresh kiwi and generous chunks of sweet Alphonso mango for a tropical treat.

These individual Alphonso Mango Tubs are a perfect single-serving dessert. They feature layers of light cake, whipped cream, and fresh mango puree, topped with mango chunks and edible flowers.

My Alphonso Tarts are another seasonal specialty. A buttery tart shell is filled with mango cream and topped with a swirl of mango-infused frosting and fresh fruit.

This is my Fresh Strawberry Vanilla Chocolate Tea-Time Cake. It's a simple, rustic cake with a moist vanilla sponge, loaded with fresh strawberry slices and rich chocolate chunks.

I handle every order personally. Since I only take a limited number of bookings each day to maintain the quality of my bakes, I recommend reaching out a few days before your event to confirm availability, especially during peak fruit seasons.
