A great cheesecake isn't just about the cream cheese; it is about the balance of texture and flavor. I have spent a lot of time perfecting my eggless recipes to ensure they hold that dense, creamy mouthfeel without compromising on richness.

What you will find in my collection:

• The Burnt Basque: This is for those who love a rustic, caramelized exterior. It is all about the contrast—dark, almost smoky top meeting a gooey, custard-like center.
• Lotus Biscoff & Strawberry: My signature baked cheesecake base paired with the spiced crunch of Lotus Biscoff and, when in season, the tartness of fresh Mahabaleshwar strawberries. It is a texture game changer.
• Ferrero Rocher Nutella: For the chocolate obsessed. This starts with a rich cheesecake base, but I load it with pure Nutella and crown it with chopped Ferrero Rochers for that satisfying crunch.
• Seasonal Fruit Toppings: When Alphonso mangoes or fresh berries hit the market, they go straight onto my Philadelphia base. It is the best way to keep things fresh and exciting.

Ordering for Mumbai

Because I craft these in small, artisanal batches to ensure quality, I recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance, especially for larger party sizes. Everything is available for pickup from my Wadala studio or can be delivered across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.
