Why I Bake
Making dessert is my way of spreading joy. I care about every detail, from taste to how the cake actually looks on your table. What matters most to me? That first bite, where you just know you’re eating something special.
What Makes My Cakes Different
- 100% eggless celebration cakes. No exceptions. I want everyone to get a slice.
- I use fresh, high-quality stuff - alphonso mangoes when they’re in season, Mahabaleshwar berries, Belgian chocolate (Callebaut 54% is my go-to).
- Each cake is hand-crafted, not just thrown together. If you want a designer birthday cake, I’m obsessed with the classics - buttercream, confetti, nostalgia.
- I do a lot of buttercream floral cake designs, from rose gardens to retro Lambeth piping. Every flower is piped by me.
- If you love chocolate, my Layered Belgian chocolate cake and Ferrero Rocher Nutella cake are full-on indulgence. Even my Black Forest is a drama queen - with cherry compote and mascarpone.
Customization
Your cake can be anything - shapes, sizes, monograms, edible gold leaf, fresh flowers, you name it. Big weddings, cozy birthdays, office parties or random Tuesday cravings - I’ll make it feel special.

My Story
Hi, I’m Annie – Baked with Love is my happy place. Baking’s how I say ‘I care’. I fuss over every detail, from mango roses to cupcake bouquets. All my desserts are eggless, loaded with fresh fruits and Belgian chocolate. If you spot a cake at a party, maybe it’s mine! Seeing folks like Alia Bhatt enjoy my bakes? Total pinch-me moment. Dessert’s my way of sharing joy, one slice at a time.
