• The Buttercream: This is where the magic happens. I use real butter and premium dairy, no hydrogenated fats. It pipes clean, holds its shape, and tastes like real cream.
• The Finish: That classic 'swirl and scrape' or the piped border with edible rainbow confetti. I source sprinkles that do not bleed colour so the cake stays pristine until the moment you cut it.
