You'll notice most of these designs use buttercream and ganache, not heavy fondant. I focus on taste first, so I use techniques like sharp-edge finishing, gold leaf accents, and edible prints to bring your themes to life without compromising on the flavor of the sponge.
Every cake here is 100% eggless and baked from scratch in my home kitchen in Santacruz. Whether it is a vibrant CoComelon design for a first birthday or a sleek, race-inspired theme for a speed lover, I believe your cake should reflect the person it is for.
Why these designs work
I prefer working with buttercream and ganache bases because they taste better and allow for clean, modern finishes. For themes, I use semi-fondant accents, edible prints, and hand-piping rather than covering the entire cake in fondant, which keeps the texture light and the flavor rich.
