You might expect a food expert's favorite dish to be something indulgent, but for me, it's simple Khichdi. It's my comfort food, and a reminder that one of my family members tastes every dish before it's served.
With over 40 years in the business, I've seen it all. I believe fusion should be done with thought and class, like our Charcoal Cheeseburst Idli, not by just mixing random ingredients.

When we say 'Trupti', we aren't just talking about a catering company. We are talking about 40 years of feeding families, friends, and corporate partners across Mumbai and beyond. My parents started this journey in 1980 with a simple mission: to treat every plate as a reflection of India's vast culinary heritage.
We have seen trends come and go. We have seen people try to force sour cream into pani puri and call it Mexican, which, frankly, is nonsense. That is why we do things differently. Innovation for us is not about gimmicks; it is about respecting the root of the ingredient. Whether it is our Charcoal Cheeseburst Idli or our regional mains, everything has a reason behind it.
We take our role in your big moments seriously, whether that is a high-stakes corporate brunch or a family wedding. This commitment to quality has even taken us to Bahrain, where we have been honored to serve the Indian diaspora and local communities, bringing that distinct 'ghar ka swaad' (taste of home) across borders. Our chefs wear tailored uniforms, our captains manage the floor, and my family manages the taste. We don't just cater events; we host them as if we were inviting you into our own home.
