We are a family-run team, carrying forward the legacy of our founder, Mr. Akil Darugar. It is the faces you see behind the counter, the hands grilling on the sigdi, and the collective spirit that makes every daawat special.

In memory of Mr. Akil Darugar, the founder of Alamdar Caterers. His vision made "Flavours of Ramadan" possible, and his belief in serving the best food with love continues to inspire us every day. We miss you.

When you step into our banquet hall, you will see the same faces every time. We are proud of our staff who manage the sigdi (charcoal grill) even at midnight to ensure your food is piping hot, and our partners who join us to make every event a social experience. It is a collective effort to keep the rotis soft and the spirits high for every guest who walks through our doors.
