- Flooring: Cast-in-situ oxide (red, yellow, or grey) or Kota and Jaisalmer stone, finished with multi-stage polishing.
- Carpentry: BWP Plywood carcasses, natural veneer shutters, and Teak wood framing with hand-woven cane or rattan webbing.
- Wall Finishes: Low-VOC paints, exposed brick, or lime plaster for a tactile, breathable surface.
