We build homes where architecture and daily life flow together. From debris-block houses to serene city apartments, we create spaces grounded in natural light and honest, tactile materials.

Our first house, a fully load-bearing brick construction in Bangalore. We embraced the challenge of this technique to create a home with rich texture and a monolithic presence, featuring brick jaali screens for natural ventilation.

We focused on soft, tactile materials in this Mumbai apartment. The combination of a plush sofa, a natural fiber rug, and an arched floor lamp creates a comfortable and inviting corner for relaxation.

The rooftop terrace of the Magnolia Residence is a private oasis above the city. It features pigmented cement flooring, lush planters, and a raised deck for enjoying the panoramic views.
This is a render of our Sanctuary Residence project in Nandi Hills. The design uses simple, linear masses and deep roof overhangs to create a modern home that is both elegant and responsive to the climate.

**Amber House, Ahmedabad:** The double-height living space is the core of this home, with a lowered wooden ceiling at the entrance to create a more intimate, welcoming scale. Vertical wooden slats on the upper level unify the space and create a beautiful interplay of light and shadow.27
