Residential Sanctuaries: Architectural Homes and Apartments
We build homes where architecture and daily life flow together. From debris-block houses to serene city apartments, we create spaces grounded in natural light and honest, tactile materials.
Our first house, a fully load-bearing brick construction in Bangalore. We embraced the challenge of this technique to create a home with rich texture and a monolithic presence, featuring brick jaali screens for natural ventilation.

We focused on soft, tactile materials in this Mumbai apartment. The combination of a plush sofa, a natural fiber rug, and an arched floor lamp creates a comfortable and inviting corner for relaxation.
About Residential Sanctuaries: Homes & Apartments
When you step into a home we have designed, the first thing you will notice is how the light moves across the walls. We spend months getting the material palette right, whether it is debris blocks or custom joinery, so the space feels like it has always belonged to the site rather than being imposed on it.
Our approach to residential design is rooted in the belief that a home’s structure dictates its atmosphere. We do not just decorate; we work with the building's DNA. Whether it is a load-bearing brick house in Bangalore or a modern apartment in Mumbai, our process starts with understanding the site’s potential for light and air.
We often use raw, honest materials like debris blocks, mud, and exposed concrete. We want you to feel the texture of your home. You will see this in our earth-construction houses, where the thermal mass regulates the temperature, or in our use of large-span glazing that dissolves the boundary between indoors and outdoors. We are obsessive about detail. If a skylight can wash a wall in natural light at 4 PM, we will design the structure to make that happen.
For apartment interiors, we prioritize layout optimization and custom joinery. We believe storage should not just be functional; it should be part of the architecture. We build floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, hidden bars, and study nooks that fit perfectly into the existing shell. We also design signature lighting fixtures, like our marble and brass pendants, to provide a focal point that mass-produced furniture simply cannot offer.
Every project involves a close collaboration between our architects, engineers, and local craftspeople. We value the human touch, the way a material feels under your hand, and the way a space changes as the sun moves. If you are looking for a home that feels personal, sustainable, and crafted specifically for how you live, let us talk.
