About Join a Session
These sessions typically run for 90 minutes on New or Full Moon dates, combining sound healing with forgiveness prayers. We keep the setup simple—just floor seating with mats and cushions—so you can fully relax into the meditation. Whether you join from home via Zoom or visit my Shalimar Bagh studio, the focus remains entirely on clearing the patterns that hold you back.
Understanding Ancestral Healing
Many of life's recurring challenges—stalled finances, strained relationships, or persistent health issues—have roots that go deeper than we realize. In my experience, these are often linked to what we call Pitra Dosh, or unresolved karma inherited from our ancestors. This is not about complex rituals, but about acknowledging those patterns, asking for forgiveness, and opening the door for blessings.
What to Expect in a Session
My approach is designed to be accessible and calming. You don't need any prior experience with meditation to join.
- Guided Clearing: I lead you through structured visualization and prayer protocols aimed at releasing generational trauma.
- Sound Bath: I incorporate Tibetan Singing Bowls. These frequencies are known to help shift the body into a state of deep relaxation, making it easier to let go.
- Formats: You have the flexibility to join a group practice at my Aura Yog Centre in Shalimar Bagh or participate remotely via Zoom from the comfort of your home.
Practical Details
These sessions are timed with lunar cycles—specifically New Moon (Amavasya) and Full Moon dates—because I believe these transitions offer the best energy for release. Each session lasts 90 minutes. If you are looking for deeper work, I also offer a 7-day progression course where we build on these practices to help resolve specific life blocks. If you feel a weight on your shoulders that you cannot explain, this space is open for you.
