Someone asked me how my journey started. It began with a love for aerobics in Australia and led me to open Delhi's first fully equipped Pilates studio in 2007. It's been an amazing ride, and I've never looked back.
Here's a little more about my story. From turning down a scientist job at IIT to becoming a Pilates instructor, my passion for movement has always guided me.

You might be wondering why we focus so much on equipment like the Reformer or Cadillac. These machines are not just for show. They help you isolate muscles you didn't even know you had, ensuring you get the right form without the risk of injury. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just starting, I will personally show you how to set up the springs so the workout matches your body, not the other way around.
When I first moved to Australia and got hooked on aerobics, I never imagined I would end up turning down a scientist job at IIT to open a studio. But Pilates is not just exercise to me. It is a form of medicine.
The Science of Movement
People often ask if Pilates is just stretching. It is not. Joseph Pilates called it 'Contrology' because it is about using your mind to control your muscles with precision. When you join my sessions, we focus on the foundation: breathing and alignment.
Why Equipment Matters
Unlike generic gym workouts, our Reformer and Cadillac sessions provide spring-loaded resistance. This helps you build bone density, improve posture, and recover from specific issues like back pain or postpartum weakness. Because I limit group sizes to three people, you are not just a number in a class. You get hands-on correction, and I modify every exercise to suit your flexibility.
My Promise
I tell all my students the same thing. In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference. In 20 sessions, you will see it. By 30 sessions, you will have a whole new body. It is an investment in your long-term health, not just a quick fix.
