We look at your medical history, your posture, and exactly where you are holding tension. We do not jump into high-impact moves. Instead, we use specific apparatus like the Cadillac or the Spine Corrector to decompress your joints and gently rebuild strength. It is slow, intentional work, designed to help you function better in your daily life, not just inside the studio.
