I am incredibly proud that we achieve a 90% vaginal birth rate with our Aura couples. This is possible through a combination of our Labor Management Workshop and consistent prenatal fitness. Breathing is your anchor during labor. I teach simple yet powerful breathing techniques, like slow deep breathing and the 4-6 method, to help you manage contractions, stay calm, and conserve energy during the early stages of labor.

Sometimes, the journey to birth has moments that feel like pure magic. With just one mindful movement and a reverse breath technique, this mother's baby turned, and the placenta shifted, paving the way for the beautiful birth she hoped for.

I understand the desire to feel like yourself again after childbirth. My postnatal program includes targeted exercises to help you safely and effectively rebuild your core and address concerns like the "mommy pooch," starting 6 to 8 weeks after birth with your doctor's approval.
