We create safe, supportive spaces for pregnancy and postpartum journeys. From breastfeeding guidance to birth education, our community is here to ensure you feel heard, informed, and respected.

We believe in practical, hands-on learning. Here, one of our trainers demonstrates essential breastfeeding techniques using a model, a common practice in our workshops for community health workers. This kind of clear, visual instruction helps build the confidence and skills needed to support new mothers effectively.

Listening to the community is at the heart of what we do. This video captures heartfelt feedback in Hindi from health workers after a training session, where they share how much they learned about contraception and breastfeeding support. Hearing them say "humko bahut sara jaankari mila" (we got a lot of information) is why we do this work.

A glimpse into the joy and connection at our "Strong Mothers, Healthy Babies" free camp. We partner with organizations like CFAR to create these welcoming spaces where expectant and new mothers can access information, receive support, and connect with one another. It truly takes a community to nurture a community.

This is what empowerment looks like. We are training a full room of ASHA workers, nurses, and community health staff in collaboration with CFAR. Our sessions cover vital topics like pregnancy exercises, breastfeeding support, and perinatal mental health awareness, equipping these frontline heroes to provide compassionate and informed care.

Our work goes beyond training; we advocate for systemic change. This image represents our call to action for improved maternal and newborn safety in our healthcare system. We believe in demanding accountability and promoting practices that ensure no life is lost to preventable failures.

A successful breastfeeding journey is a team effort. This short video highlights our core belief that a mother needs a circle of support, from a helpful partner to a knowledgeable midwife and an understanding workplace. We work to build this system of care for every mother.
