Birth is a team journey. I teach partners real, hands-on skills to support, comfort, and advocate for you in the delivery room, transforming you from a bystander into a confident partner.

I believe partners are your greatest allies in the birth room. In my workshops, I teach them hands on techniques like counter pressure and massage, transforming them from bystanders into confident, active birth partners who can provide real comfort.

Here, partners learn how to physically support their partners during labor movements. This not only provides stability but also builds a deep sense of teamwork and trust.

Teamwork makes the dream work, especially for a successful vaginal birth after a medical complication. Here, a couple works together on the birth ball, a key tool for managing labor.

A fun moment from our Father's Day celebration. We believe in celebrating dads to be and empowering them to be an active, loving presence throughout the entire journey.

Labor is a team journey. This video shows four couple exercises designed to help naturally induce labor, using gravity, movement, and the power of touch and support.

I am incredibly proud that we achieve a 90% vaginal birth rate with our Aura couples. This is possible through a combination of our Labor Management Workshop and consistent prenatal fitness. Here is one of our couples sharing how our organized, evidence based approach helped them feel informed and confident.

Love looks different when you are expecting. It is in the quiet moments of support, the shared laughter in our classes, and the strength you find together. This is what we nurture at Aura, a partnership that prepares you both for the journey into parenthood.

This is the kind of strength and trust we build. This Aura Mom, a skilled yogi, practices a wheel pose at 14 weeks with the full support of her partner, under professional guidance.

It is not just about getting in shape; it is about building a bond. My couples classes are fun, lively, and empowering, helping partners connect and prepare for labor as a team.

Do not stress if labor does not begin on your due date. I teach natural tips to induce labor, many of which involve partner support to help relax the body and encourage the flow of oxytocin.

About Partners as Birth Room Heroes

Most partners feel helpless during labor, but it does not have to be that way. In my workshops, we go beyond theory. We practice physical counter-pressure techniques, specific massage strokes for back labor, and active birth positions. You will leave our session knowing exactly where to stand, how to support your partner, and what to say when things get intense.
