Our upcoming sessions are designed to be hands-on, not just informational. You will spend these 3 to 4 hours practicing the labor positions, breathing techniques, and partner-coaching skills that actually matter when the day comes. Whether you join us in our Kalyan Nagar studio for the full experience or hop on Zoom from home, the goal is the same: walking away with tools, not just notes.

We believe that preparing for birth is a team effort. My workshops break down the what-ifs so you do not feel like you are guessing when you go into labor.

In-Studio Sessions (Bangalore)

At our Kalyan Nagar studio, you get the tactile experience. We use birth balls, mats, and the actual space to practice movement. It is intimate, interactive, and gives you a chance to meet other couples who are on the same journey.

Live Online Masterclasses

If you are outside Bangalore or prefer the comfort of your home, our Zoom sessions are not passive webinars. We keep them live and interactive. We guide you on how to use your home environment—like bed positioning and walls—to support labor just as effectively as you would in a studio setting.
