When you book a session with us, you aren't just getting someone to count your sets. You get a trainer who is there for:

  • Active Form Correction: We stop you mid-rep if your form slips. Whether it’s your back position on a deadlift or your wrist angle on a shoulder press, we fix it on the spot.
  • Safety-First Spotting: If you are pushing for a PR (Personal Record), you need a spotter who knows when to help and when to let you grind. We take care of the equipment setup and spotting so you can focus entirely on the lift.
  • Customized Scaling: If you are a beginner starting from zero, we don't throw you into heavy lifting. We start with movement patterns and mobility, scaling the intensity as your joints and muscles adapt.

Our Personal Training Packages

We offer two main ways to work with us:

  1. Standard Personal Training (12 Sessions): Best for those who need structure. You get three sessions a week with a certified trainer to dial in your form and bi-weekly progress checks.
  2. Intensive Transformation (24 Sessions): For those ready to level up. This is a 6-day-a-week commitment with a senior coach, including detailed technical breakdowns, functional core circuits, and video analysis of your lifts.
