Why the Protocol Matters
Most people fail because they lack consistency and a proper plan. When I work with a client, we start by analyzing your blood work and your current lifestyle. We don't just 'diet'; we manipulate carbohydrates and fat intake through a structured macro-based framework. If you are a natural athlete, we prioritize muscle retention while utilizing aggressive fat-loss protocols to get you stage-ready or beach-ready.
The Hands-On Difference
If you train with me in person in AECS Layout, you get immediate feedback. I am there to spot you, correct your stance, and ensure your time under tension is optimal. For my online coaching clients, the process is identical. We use weekly digital check-ins to review your physique photos and training videos. If your form is slipping or your progress stalls, we fix it immediately.
Beyond the Gym
My protocol includes full lifestyle support. This means checking your sleep, stress levels, and digestion. For those competing, we go deep into peak week strategies—water manipulation, sodium adjustments, and posing practice. You won't be left guessing what to do on show day. My goal is to get you to the finish line with a physique that is full, dry, and perfectly conditioned.
