Beyond the Crash Diet
Getting stage-ready is fundamentally different from a standard weight-loss goal. Many athletes make the mistake of crash-cutting, which strips away hard-earned muscle and leaves them looking flat under stage lights. My approach is different. I focus on natural bodybuilding, using a hyper-specific, science-backed methodology to maintain muscle fullness while stripping body fat.
The Science of the Stage
We operate on data, not feelings.
- Metabolic Priming: Before we even start the fat-loss phase, we build a metabolic baseline. You need to be strong enough to train through the deficit.
- Peak Week Management: This is the most critical phase. We manipulate water, salt, and carb intake in the final 7 days to ensure you hit your peak on competition day, not the day before or after.
- Macro-Based Dieting: You won't be eating chicken and broccoli for 16 weeks. We use flexible macros so you can actually sustain the protocol without burning out.
Posing and Presentation
A perfect physique is useless if you cannot display it. You need to learn how to manipulate your angles to highlight your glute-hamstring tie-ins and core definition. My hybrid coaching model in AECS Layout, Bengaluru, includes in-person posing sessions. I teach you how to dominate the stage from the moment you walk out.
