My prenatal sessions do not follow a rigid, one-size-fits-all routine. We focus on gentle, effective modifications that prioritize your comfort and safety. By using props like yoga blocks and straps to support your changing body, we work on pelvic floor health and ease common pregnancy discomforts like back pain, rather than attempting advanced or high-intensity postures.
Pregnancy changes your center of gravity and energy levels daily. That is why I tailor every flow to how you feel on the day of the session. Whether you visit our studio in AECS Layout, Varthur, or Belathur, or opt for my doorstep service, the focus remains on you.
