My approach is hands-on and focused on you. Here, I am assisting a student to safely deepen her Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), ensuring correct alignment and support to prevent injury while maximizing the backbend. This personalized guidance is at the heart of every session.

This is a "Jai Ho!" moment. With careful guidance and support, this student achieves the advanced Eka Pada Sirsasana (One-Leg-Behind-Head Pose). Her smile says everything about the joy and confidence that comes from progressing in your practice.

We help you push your boundaries safely. This student demonstrates incredible flexibility and balance in a full split (Samakonasana) supported by two chairs, a testament to dedicated practice and advanced training techniques.

We incorporate yoga therapy for holistic healing. This clip shows our Acupressure Yoga class, where we use specialized mats to stimulate pressure points on the feet, enhancing energy flow and relieving tension during the asana practice.

Inversions are made accessible and safe for everyone. I am spotting a student as she uses the wall and a yoga block for support in a handstand, building the strength and confidence needed to master the pose.

Yoga can also be a practice of connection and trust. This beautiful partner yoga pose combines the strength of a forearm stand with the flexibility of a supported lunge, creating a stunning display of balance and teamwork.

We proudly offer specialized prenatal yoga for expecting mothers. Here, a couple practices Malasana (Garland Pose) together, a wonderful way to prepare the body for childbirth and connect with each other during this special time.

As a teacher, my own practice is my foundation. This sequence shows a personal flow, moving through poses like Astavakrasana (Eight-Angle Pose), demonstrating the strength, flexibility, and focus that I bring to my teaching.
