See what becomes possible with consistent, dedicated practice. Explore advanced asanas, inversions, and mobility flows from Neeraj's sessions in Pitampura and across Delhi NCR.
This video montage shows the dynamic nature of advanced practice, moving through complex poses like standing splits, handstands, and deep forward folds. Each movement is a result of hard work.
A young student demonstrates a deep standing forward bend, or Uttanasana variation, wrapping her arms for an intense hamstring and spine stretch. This level of flexibility comes from daily, disciplined effort.
An incredible display of flexibility in this deep backbend pose. The student's focus and control show how we train the body to move beyond perceived limits.
This video captures a student holding a challenging inversion, Urdhva Padmasana in Sirsasana (Upward Lotus in Headstand). It requires immense core strength, balance, and concentration.

This collection of poses highlights the artistry and strength in yoga. You can see partner work, deep hip openers, and advanced balancing postures that we work towards in class.
A fluid sequence showing the transition from standing poses into arm balances like Bakasana (Crow Pose) and inversions. This demonstrates the dynamic flow we practice in our Power Yoga sessions.
A student performs Prasarita Padottanasana (Wide-Legged Forward Bend) outdoors. This black and white shot emphasizes the form and deep stretch required for this foundational but challenging pose.
This one-legged forward bend variation, or Eka Pada Paschimottanasana, requires significant hamstring flexibility and balance. It's a great example of an advanced forward fold.
A young student holds a powerful arm balance, Tolasana (Scale Pose), showing incredible core and arm strength. This pose proves that strength is for everyone, at any age.
About Advanced Asanas: The Peak of Practice
Advanced asanas look like art, but they are built on fundamentals like hip opening and core stability. In my studio, we do not just jump into inversions. We use blocks, straps, and manual tactile adjustments to get your spine, hips, and shoulders ready. You do not need to be flexible to start; you just need to show up and be willing to try.
Advanced practice at Abhyaas is about 'Yogah karmasu kaushalam'—skill in action. Whether you are aiming for your first handstand or deepening a backbend, the focus remains on safe alignment and structural integrity.
We use cork blocks, straps, and wall ropes to help you find depth without risking injury. Classes in Pitampura and our outdoor sessions in Model Town follow a structured progression: we start with Hatha foundations, build strength with Power Yoga sequences, and refine specific skills like contortion or arm balances.
Everyone moves at their own pace. Most students arrive with tight hamstrings or stiff backs, but 'arre, darre kyon hai?' (why be scared?). With consistent practice and our hands-on corrections, you will find your own rhythm. The strength you see in these photos is not magic. It is the result of showing up three to five times a week and listening to your body's feedback.
