About this collection

These are not just rituals, they are practices to help you shift your state of mind. When we chant together, it creates a palpable field of calm that makes meditation feel natural. You can experience this energy firsthand at our Bengaluru International Centre during our weekly Monday Rudra Puja or join our guided Guru Puja learning sessions online to bring this atmosphere into your own home.

At our core, we see rituals as a way to quiet the mind’s chatter. Ancient Vedic chants possess a vibrational quality that can instantly lower stress and bring you into the present moment.

Weekly Rituals at our Bengaluru Campus

We host regular sacred gatherings at the International Centre on Kanakapura Road. The Monday Rudra Puja is a cornerstone of our community practice, where participants from all walks of life sit together to absorb the healing vibrations of these ancient mantras. It is open to everyone, whether you are a regular meditator or simply looking for a quiet space to center yourself.

Learn to Chant

Beyond attending, you can deepen your connection by learning to perform these ceremonies. We offer guided courses, often led by Bhanu Narasimhan, where you learn the nuance of the Guru Puja. This is a traditional ceremony of gratitude, and learning to perform it allows you to create a sacred space of devotion in your own home.

Homas and Festivals

During special times like Navratri or Shivratri, we conduct large-scale Homas. These are powerful ceremonies where oblations are offered into the fire, symbolizing the surrendering of ego and the awakening of inner light. If you cannot join us in person in Bengaluru, many of these chants and ceremonies are accessible online, allowing you to participate in the collective energy of our global community from anywhere.
