Experience the collective energy of practicing yoga together at our international center in Bengaluru. This image from an International Day of Yoga celebration shows hundreds of people finding harmony in body and mind against the backdrop of our iconic Vishalakshi Mantap.
Participants find their inner calm during an outdoor yoga session. We often hold classes in nature to help deepen the connection between the self and the environment, enhancing the benefits of meditation and pranayama.
A participant practices Nadi Shodhana pranayama, or alternate nostril breathing. This is a core technique we teach in our Happiness Program to balance the mind, calm the nervous system, and improve focus.
An instructor demonstrates Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) during an International Day of Yoga event. Our yoga sessions are guided by experienced teachers who ensure proper alignment and help you get the most out of each posture.
A large group practices Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) in our outdoor amphitheater. This balancing asana is excellent for improving concentration and bringing a sense of groundedness, which we cultivate in all our yoga programs.
A group practices pranayama together outdoors. Group practice amplifies the energy and creates a supportive environment, making it easier to go deeper into the experience of breathwork for stress relief.
Students from our schools demonstrate a creative group yoga formation. We believe in making yoga joyful and accessible for all ages, fostering teamwork and flexibility from a young age.
About this collection
Breath is the bridge between your mind and your body. When the mind feels crowded with worries, the simple act of conscious breathing acts as a reset button. We focus on techniques like Nadi Shodhana—alternate nostril breathing—to balance your nervous system and bring immediate clarity to your day, whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen an existing practice.
Our approach to yoga and breathwork goes beyond the mat. We teach you how to use your breath to manage stress and improve focus, turning daily life into a practice of mindfulness.
The Happiness Program
At the core of our offerings is the Happiness Program. This 3-day workshop is designed as a reset button for your mind. You will learn the Sudarshan Kriya, a signature rhythmic breathing technique that helps release accumulated stress and restore your natural rhythm. Whether you join us online or at our International Centre on Kanakapura Road, the structure remains consistent: daily instruction in small, supportive batches.
Why Practice With Us?
