My work in GIFT City goes beyond just erecting structures. It is about master planning ecosystems that blend high-density commercial needs with sustainable, people-first urban design.

We prioritize mixed-use zoning, which is crucial for modern Indian cities. By combining premium office spaces with retail, dining, and green deck zones, we reduce the need for commuting and create a more self-sufficient urban environment. For my commercial clients, this means maximizing the Floor Space Index (FSI) while maintaining a signature skyline aesthetic that stands out.
Sustainability is woven into these projects from the foundation. We look at automated waste management, district cooling systems, and smart grid integration. But at the end of the day, a project is only successful if it can adapt. I design with flexibility in mind—spaces that can evolve from offices to showrooms or hospitals as the market needs change.
