My work in GIFT City goes beyond just erecting structures. It is about master planning ecosystems that blend high-density commercial needs with sustainable, people-first urban design.

This perspective of Nakshatra Regalia II highlights its presence as a mega landmark project. The design focuses on creating a modern hub for business and leisure, complete with extensive parking facilities to support its scale.

The landscaped deck of Nakshatra Regalia II, designed to be an urban oasis. My plan included creating these vibrant alfresco dining and leisure zones to blend work and lifestyle, promoting a sense of community within the development.
