A look at the structures that define my approach to architecture—where vertical living meets purposeful design.

This is Nakshatra Regalia II, an upcoming mixed-use landmark in GIFT City. My design approach here was to create a bold statement that combines business, leisure, and retail into a single, cohesive structure. The two towers, connected by a signature globe restaurant, are designed with a refined palette of glass and metal to create a sense of timeless elegance while shaping a new icon for the city.

An aerial view of One Marina, a 74-storey residential skyscraper set to transform the Mumbai skyline. My goal was to design a structure that offers unparalleled panoramic views of the Arabian Sea while ensuring every residence feels like a private sanctuary. This award-winning project is a testament to my belief in vertical living as a solution for dense urban environments.

Here I am explaining the core benefits of high-rise buildings during a masterclass. I believe vertical development is crucial for modern cities. It allows us to integrate offices, retail, and homes in one place, which reduces travel time, lowers pollution, and creates space for vital green areas that improve community well-being.

This is the award-winning Fintech Commercial hub in GIFT City, a project inspired by the dynamic nature of the stock market. The varying block heights symbolize financial fluctuations, creating a structure that is both an architectural statement and a reflection of its purpose. It's designed to be a future-ready space for innovation in finance.

A look at The Fern Sattva Resort, a recently completed eco-luxury retreat in the Little Rann of Kutch, Gujarat. This project was about blending contemporary design with the rugged natural landscape. My aim was to create a tranquil oasis that respects its environment, using sustainable practices to offer a unique hospitality experience.

I was deeply honored to be recognized as The Iconic Designer of India. For me, architecture has always been a promise I make to future generations, a commitment to building a world that is more progressive, beautiful, and sustainable. This award is a recognition of the work my team and I have dedicated our careers to.

A side-by-side comparison of the initial render and the completed reality of the Ekta Tripolis residential project in Mumbai. It is incredibly fulfilling to see a vision brought to life with precision. This demonstrates my commitment to not just designing, but also ensuring the final structure perfectly matches the intended quality and experience.

This quote captures my core belief. I see buildings as more than just structures; they have stories to tell. As an architect, my role is to give them a voice, to blend form and function in a way that allows the space to resonate with purpose and beauty.

About Featured

I believe that a building’s success is measured by how well it adapts to the people who inhabit it. When you look at my residential or commercial projects, you will notice a consistent focus on vertical zoning and climate-responsive planning, ensuring that even in dense urban centers like Mumbai or GIFT City, your space remains light-filled, private, and efficient.
