About The Art of Detail: Bespoke Furniture & Materials
When we start a project, we do not look at catalogs. We build physical mood boards with tiles, fabrics, and metal finishes to see how light interacts with them. Whether it is crafting a console for a project in Nepal or selecting Italian marble for a villa, the goal is always to find the balance between what looks good and what feels right to touch.
Our Approach to Material Selection
Design is not just about the final shape of a room. It is about the layering of textures that makes a house feel like a home. Before we finalize any design, my team and I spend weeks assembling material boards. We bring together samples of stone, wood veneers, and upholstery fabrics to see how they behave in different lighting conditions. This helps us ensure that the finish on a wall complements the grain of the floor.
Designing Custom Furniture
Often, the market does not offer the exact piece a room requires. This is when we turn to custom furniture design. I work with skilled local workshops to create items that fit the proportions of your space perfectly. From the technical drawings of a brass inlay in a console to the final polish of a wood finish, we manage the production process to ensure the quality meets our standards. This includes factory inspections to verify the build quality before a single piece arrives on-site.
Connecting Materials to Purpose
We do not use high-end materials just for the sake of cost. Italian marble, velvet, or PVD metal finishes are applied where they serve a function, whether that is durability in a high-traffic lobby or adding warmth to a private living area. Every material choice is backed by a technical plan, ensuring that your home remains both beautiful and functional for years to come.
Reza Kabul
I believe every corner of your home should tell a story, which is why I prefer being involved in the furniture design process myself. My team and I work closely with local workshops to ensure that the pieces you live with are not just functional, but built with clear intent.
