The lobby of One Marina is designed to be a work of art in itself. We used a dark, moody palette, dramatic lighting, and large-scale artwork to create a sophisticated and memorable entrance experience.

I design for adaptability. When we conceptualized Nakshatra Regalia II in GIFT City, the goal was to integrate premium offices with retail and dining, all linked by a central structure. This ensures that even as business needs shift, the building remains a functional, high-value asset rather than a static facade.
Commercial design is engineering with a human touch. In projects like One World in Malad, we focus on technical efficiency—things like fully automated car parking towers and ceiling heights that maximize usable space. For me, a lobby is not just an entrance; it is the first conversation a visitor has with a brand. I ensure these spaces are tech-enabled, acoustically sound, and visually striking.
